Foc Focacceria — Restaurant in Sitges

A super lovely place. They open at 6:30pm (no lunch) because they make their own stuff including the dough for the focaccia, which apparently is left to rise (ferment) for 72 hours. We came here based on a YouTube video recommendation and are so glad we did. The owner is lovely, speaks excellent English, and a great host. The pizza (we got 2: margarita and pepperoni) was with thin crust, the grilled veggie plate came with hummus and tahini and focaccia, and a glass of cava. Happiness is Foq! What a lovely experience from start to finish. Such a friendly welcoming team who are genuinely interested in you. The food - we had focaccia and pizza were amazing - so fresh and prepared to order. The wine selection was fab for both red n white. The only complaint was we were too full for the desert! No worries though we will be back. Honestly so refreshing to have people really care about what they are doing and interested in their customers. A relaxed informal vibe! If you haven't been? Me and my friends have been coming here very frequently (literally every 1 or 2 weeks) and it never fails to impress! It has become our favourite restaurant here in Sitges as it ticks all the boxes and hits the spot! The staff are all so friendly and the food does not disappoint! Cannot recommend this place enough!! The pizza is thin and tasty and does not leave you with that heavy bloated feeling afterwards. Not to mention the complimentary focaccia as you are waiting!
