Stepping into Flamingo's in Puerto del Carmen is like finding an oasis of flavor and friendliness right by the beach. This lovely spot offered me a delightful escape with its stunning proximity to the ocean and a menu that tantalized my taste buds.

During my visit, I savored their "Blue Sky" breakfast plate – a heavenly combination of soft scrambled eggs, rich Spanish bacon, a fresh, flaky croissant, all lovingly tied together with a touch of maple syrup. It was a breakfast that truly lived up to its name, bringing a piece of the sky to my plate. The freshly squeezed orange juice I ordered was the perfect accompaniment, bursting with the essence of ripe, sun-kissed oranges.

But what made my experience at Flamingo's uniquely heartwarming was the staff. Alright, full disclosure: my sister's the mastermind behind this grill, and both of my parents also work in the kitchen. But trust me, my review is as unbiased as if I were a stranger off the street. A stranger who just happens to know where all the secret spices are hidden 🤣. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to help didn't just enhance the meal; they made the whole experience feel like truly coming home 😂

What an absolute gem of a bar is Flamingo's. We stopped by today for Brunch (wife Carol and I). The place is immaculately clean and presented. It was already busy and the atmosphere is buzzy and relaxing at the same time with some great, smooth jazz tunes playing in the background. The menu is refreshingly different from your run of the mill cafe/bars on the Strip with a wide variety catering for all diet types . I opted for the Club Sandwich and Carol, the Pink Flamingo. Co owner Mike explained that most of the fare is home-made and the flavours and quality of the food was exceptional. We chose fresh orange to drink and again, the quality, freshly pressed taste was amazing. If you are reading this review, then I strongly recommend calling in to sample their food. Hospitality wise, Mike and Oriana are the perfect hosts, treating all customers old and new as friends from the outset. Well done guys, a great addition to PDC - best wishes for...

Lovely owners with fantastic knowledge of allergens and intolerances. The food is healthy, fresh, flavourful and filling. I was able to eat gluten, dairy and meat free. The portions were huge and prices were good too! €25 for 2 drinks, 2 meals and wedges! The wedges are ok for mild intolerances but not celiac due to cross contamination. On another visit we had a juice and a milkshake, great sizes, prices and quality! We are planning to visit again on our last day.
