We called last night 14/6/23 ( booking is highly recommended) the food was superb, served correctly by the lady owner ( she is a star ) we both had a starter, Whitebait for me and curried fish balls for cath , we both had liver for mains , superb . The red wine from a fantastic list was a caranza 15.5% , we were too full for a pudding , but the evening was great . We were staying at the Radison Blu , which is a stones throw away , turn right outside the main entrance, and it's next to the Dickens bar. My wife and I had the whitebait and the pate to start, followed by the Iberian pork and calves liver.
Due to the quality of Iberian pork, it is cooked slightly pink inside but can be well done if preferred; I went with the recommended "pink" method.
This was all washed down with a bottle of Sericis, a recommendation from our highly efficient waitress as my original choice was out of stock.
We had a very pleasant evening and that was due to the advice given by our waitress, "Erache" throughout the meal. (I hope that I've spelt her name correctly).

Read moreBICA is a boutique restaurant in costa Teguise. Delicious classic dishes with a twist. The owner is incredibly nice and attentive. I had the cod with a chutney sauce and my husband had a delicious risotto with Iberian pork meat. Beautifully made. Very nice dishes on the menu and quite a few daily specials to try!
They also had gluten-free bread, which I was grateful for, to taste the amazing Ali-Oli( with a touch of curry and thyme) from the aperitivo.
