Really poor. When you save up all year to go on holiday with your family, you want the time you spend with your family to be relaxed and enjoyable. The service is shocking! I’ve read some reviews that the owner plays up to this grumpy character. Well I can tell you for a fact he’s not playing up to any character. He’s just miserable, and frankly if you have reached that point in your life doing a job, I t’s probably time to pack it in and retire.

First of all the guy is trying to do everything on his own. There is no one else serving apart from him. Not sure if that’s a one off or he just doesn’t want to spend money on staff. This obviously doesn’t help with stress and mood if you are just running around like a headless chicken.

When he finally bothered to take our order, no smile, just makes you feel like you are an inconvenience, so everyone just felt hurried. Food when it arrived just gets slapped down on the table. He pushed passed one of us to get to another table when they asked to pay their bill.

The food itself is below average. In fact it’s not even what they advertised. One in our group ordered the lamb shish. It was not a lamb shish. It’s just minced lamb more like a kofta. Was pretty forgettable for the price.

We tried it. We certainly won’t be going back and I’d encourage others to avoid it if you’re on holiday in a good mood as this fella will definitely help to bring you down to his level.

Sadly this place had no atmosphere, the waiter/owner didn't seem very interested in us, had sangria to drink which was ok (had much better during our stay) ordered lamb parcels for starter (after the starter I wanted wasn't available) came and were ice cold in the middle, appeared to be frozen and just dropped in some oil, sent back, returned piping hot but unfortunately they were so bland and had almost no flavour, the only saving grace was the 4 cheese pizza that me and my partner had for our main, that was good and on its own I would have given a solid 7/10. Unfortunately overall a poor experience and I regret not checking reviews before hand. I did feel sorry for the man who took our order, appears he was the owner and he was on his own with just a chef. It filled up after we had had our starters and he was visibly stressed. I feel bad writing this review as I understand it is probably difficult for him but if thats the case he could do with more staff, I was surprised how busy it got considering how poor the experience was. The WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my LIFE, I left this place aggravated after paying the bill because the waiter was so horrible to us! He raised his voice at us because he asked what drink I wanted and I said ‘have you got a menu?’ Awful personality completely unapproachable and not the first place in Costa teguise we experienced this but definitely by far the worst! You’d think that a small town restaurant would appreciate a couple of tourists helping out their business. Instead the waiter made it clear he felt we were unwelcome as he had such a blunt personality and aggressively placed our food and drinks down on the table.
