Champs Sports Bar — Restaurant in Teguise

Service is shockingly bad, not attentive at all despite plenty of staff working on the shift. No local beer on a draft, just Heineken, which quite frankly tasted like watered down Fosters. Food, oh well, take a look at the picture, ready made packaged nachos thrown on a plate with literally nothing on them, two ramekins with cold dips, one tasted kind of ok, the other like it contained a half of the periodic table - €7.50, yes you seeing it right.. not surprisingly, other tables around us were not happy with their food either, complaining about it or just leaving it behind, barely touched.

And now, this place interior, idea behind and the quality of the surroundings themselves are just amazing, when you walk in for the first time it feels like some proper 21st century sports pub/bar with great sound system plenty of screens etc, but that's where all the good ends. The food is delicious - had prawn tacos and a club sandwich (2 occasions) and absolutely lovely. Had a few Long Island ice teas which were made to perfection. Unfortunately had to drop a star as the food order was a little messed up - they did the wrong meal for a family member and also forgot to bring another meal out. First time we went it was completely empty and the staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was nice. The second time we went there was perhaps 6 or 7 other parties and we ended up walking out as there was absolutely no service. We'd waited for over 20 minutes and even asked some of the staff if we could have a drink and they said they'd be over, after 30 minutes we went for lunch down the road where we were instantly served despite the restaurant...
