STAY CLEAR! The waitress Iv VILE !!! Not the first review Iv seen what seems to be her, as people describe the issue with her customer service. After my experience I cannot give it anymore than 1 star unfortunately even if the food was nice! There was a waitress there with long brown hair. to be quite honest Iv never experienced such a rude and aggressive waitress her attitude stinks. Iv never been treated like this in a restaurant as a paying customer ever !! I was mortified the way this lady spoke to me in front of my family!!! We had called outside the dolphin inn to see what food they offered, so as it wasn’t on the board I asked can I grab a paper menu. So after seeing the menu we than sat. The waitress hadn’t even acknowledged us said hello nothing….. so I grabbed couple more menus so we could all decide. There was 4 of us and I had grabbed 5 menus by accident. And when the waitress came over she then began to say why so many menus in a very arsey and sarcastic manner, I then proceeded to say I grabbed one extra by accident! And then she started to argue with me, and I kept saying it was by accident and she just kept going at me having a go and made a deal over what seemed ridiculous! It’s not like they had to be binned because of covid as they where placed back in the pile for more customers to grab! It started off poorly for me and the family of four here - pulled up looking for some food and drinks only to be told that we were welcome but our buggy was not and would need to park the baby stroller outside if we wanted to come in, due to health and safety. That's normally enough for us to turn around and spend our hard earned elsewhere but my wife had just twisted her ankle so we duly obliged. On sitting down we asked for some ice for my wife's swollen ankle, only to be told they don't don't have any! On ordering some drinks and a Long Island Iced Tea ice in a freezer bag was duly provided and our visit started to take an upward turn. Cocktails did the trick and we ordered some food - chicken for the kids was pretty standard fare, the chips were good but the onion rings were out of this world! Big, white onions in a perfect batter, it started to make me feel like we were the unreasonable ones forbeing reluctant to leave our kids buggy ten feet behind us so other people could escape in the event of a fire!
