Scanlons Cavern Bar and Restaurant, Costa Teguise. — Restaurant in Teguise

I highly recommend people that go this island in a couple even with children avoid this place, the woman was friendly when I spoke to her but after having few private encounters (without me and my baby present) with my partner she have the audacity to say to my mother in law when I introduced them I wished you was my mother in law which can only incinerate she was putting it out there that she wanted my man. When she walked away I followed and quizzed her on it she said I had it mixed up and what she said was ”she’s not my mother in law” which to paying customers is so rude and degrading to everyone involved but she knows as well as me and my partner what she said. I went back there the night after to try make amends she looked at my partner smirking and he stayed back I said what you said wasn’t right she completely denied it and called me embarrassing.. she has a husband and 4 children the only one that’s embarrassing is her wishing a different life to people she’s known 5 minutes.. she’s apparently the boss of this bar which doesn’t sit right but who am I to disagree just because she was put straight being disrespectful to me and my family and her own.. Steve, his wife(sorry I’ve forgotten her name)and all the bar staff were the perfect hosts! Mark, the Irish lad was so friendly. The food was excellent, all home cooked! The steak pie and cottage pie were the best in Costa Teguise! They are really friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I hope they do well, they deserve it! We have just returned from an amazing holiday on the Costa Teguise and we're fortunate enough to find the Cavern.
