TRIB'S — Restaurant in Toledo

Worst customer service ever. I stopped in with my family to grab a snack while we waited for our train but didn’t get to purchase anything because of the rude and racist staff. When we walked in, my kids sat at the counter to wait and I stood with them. They never acknowledged us. Then I realized that off to my right there was a line of customers so my husband got on the line and they attended to everyone ahead of him and behind him (all fair skinned customers unlike him). Completely ignored him. When he asked why he was being ignored they proceeded to argue with him. We walked out and I had to spend the next few minutes explaining racism to my young boys. Hoy, día 20 de febrero de 2020, a las 14:56 h ,mi madre y yo hemos ido a comer algo antes de coger un tren de vuelta a nuestro domicilio. Hemos pedido dos refrescos y dos sándwiches. Aparte de que ha sido muy caro (adjunto foto del ticket) los sándwiches estaban muy secos, de llevar varios días hechos. He ido al mostrador a decirle a la chica que nos ha atendido que eso no se podía comer, a lo que ella ha tocado el sandwich y mirando a su otra compañera, ha dicho: "¿Esto está seco? Esto está bien", cuestionándolo las dos en varias ocasiones. Me han dicho que los sándwiches eran del día (cosa que no es cierto, el pan de molde estaba duro y seco) y que la única solución que me daban era cambiarlo por un bocadillo de tortilla. Dependientas muy antipáticas, muy poco profesionales, productos que dejan mucho que desear y muy caros. SITIO NADA...
