The Esquina (corner) of Ruth is a great find in a busy and gay neighborhood. While the service is taking your order, you can already enjoy the show of people walking by (at least on a Friday evening). While the menu is not super extensive, it offers everything authentic Mexican. For example nopal (cactus) quesadillas that make your mouth water. All the dishes are hand-made and exquisite in taste. While you are dining like Mexican nobility, the price for wining and dining is very reasonable. Tinga chicken & cheese quesadilla wasn’t really that tasty and was a small portion but the price reflected that.
The other was a sandwich with meat avocado and Mayo. The sandwich was definitely tastier than the quesadilla but not sure it was worth €9.
