Location beautiful! Choices good! Food good, fresh and tasty! Attentitiveness good overall. One of the only places that doesnt permit smoking even at outside tables which I appreciate as its disgusting when trying to eat and people sit beside you to have 1 drink just to smoke....people were told to go across the road to smoke away from diners Owner is a legend because my children would have freaked half way thru dinner. On our first visit the only issue was that after less than 10 minutes ordering the childrens food arrived whilst I waited a further 30minutes for a cheese pizza. Kept being told it would be 'soon' 'soon' but kids were almost crying to leave before my pizza arrived. Did return to give it another shot and it was ideal! Yet again smokers removed from hanging inside the building to chat to their friends whilst smoking and as were so rude. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. It’s a very family-friendly place – both our kids were happy (which is no small feat!) and actually ate their food without complaints. That alone deserves a medal.

The food was tasty, well-portioned, and priced just right – you feel like you’re getting good value without the tourist trap markup. Add to that the great location just steps from the beach, and you’ve got yourself a perfect spot for a casual, delicious meal with or without kids in tow.

Pedimos una cerveza maestra y una sangría. La cerveza no estaba fría y la sacan con un vaso del tiempo si sumamos que estamos a 35°C en pleno agosto es la combinación perfecta para no disfrutar de una cerveza. Se le pide una copa helada a los camareros y cuál es nuestra sorpresa???? Nos cobran 20 ctms por la copa helada. A ti propietario de esta heladería...: NO SE TE CAE LA CARA DE VERGUENZA AL DECIR A TUS CLIENTES QUE LES COBRAS POR UNA COPA FRIA CUANDO SIRVES UNA CERVEZA QUE NO LO ESTA??. Llevo 30 años veraneando en Torrevieja y jamás he visto tanta cara dura. Conozco esta heladería desde hace 25 años y solo decir que esto es inadmisible. Pretendes hacerte rico cobrando por sacar una copa/vaso o jarra ( llamalo como te de la gana) helada??? SACA LA CERVEZA FRIA que es tu deber. Quiero pensar que no lo haces adrede para cobrar por una copa helada. Nunca había visto tanta cara dura ni aquí en Torrevieja, ni en ningún otro sitio de España. A la contestación del dueño, muy señor mío se les dijo a los camareros que la cerveza estaba caliente, xk sino se les va a pedir una jarra fría?? En ningún momento dieron la opción de cambiar la cerveza. Cree usted que pedí la jarra fría por gusto? Si me hubieran ofrecido el cambio de cerveza como un profesional en la hostelería que usted es no estaría ahora escribiendo esto. Solo dieron la opción de cobrar por una jarra helada.
