AVOID - RUDE - ABUSIVE - TERRIBLE FOOD. Don't spend your hard earned money here.

Check out my reviews as this is the first bad one I've done, ever, as I'd rather review to praise.

Anyway, this is absolutely the worst restaurant experience I've every had.

Things started off okay as welcomed in from the matradee and sat down.

Then things got worse.

Ordered two starters (salad / bruschetta) and two mains (pasta / cannelloni).

Salad came first, then my pasta, then 15mins later the bruschetta. So in a random order, but okay, not to worry. I asked politely where the cannelloni was, waitress said not long.

Another 15-20 mins went by and I asked again. Said, still on the way. I had eaten my main as it was getting cold.

At 30-40 minutes later, still no cannelloni for my partner. Restaurant was maybe 20% occupied.

I looked over at the chef across the room and asked when it is coming.

Then came a barrage of abuse from him, and the matradee - SHOUTING across the restaurant.

I let it go and turned away. Eventually the meal turned up.

Food was terrible, only slightly better than microwave.

At the end (we left most of the food) I asked the waitress for the cannelloni to be taken off the bill as thought that was reasonable. She said it couldn't and I had to pay. Then the matradee came over very quickly and said the same.

It was a horrendous experience, so I stood my ground and said I'd like it off the bill.

The card machine was thrust in my face and I was told to pay. I decided to pay but made a scene.

They shouted and pressured me - I shouted back as you can't just sit there and take it.

This is not the way to run a restaurant. It wasn't just me as two other tables (group of 4 and group of 12 I heard complaining about the terrible service).

The matradee was shouting in front of all the guests at me and so too was the chef - although I paid, I stood my ground and told them I'd be making this 1 star review.

Please don't give these people your money - you work hard for it.

We had supper in this pizzeria, they brought us the wrong pizza, we didn't realize at once and tried it - cut some pieces with knife. Then we told a man who was meeting clients (seemed the owner) that this is not what we ordered. He apologized several times and said it would be changed. Then came elderly woman who was working in the kitchen and with the very angry face asked us why we tried this pizza if it's not what we ordered. In the very unpleasant manner said that at least the staff could eat it. We were a little shocked and said we didn't realize at the beginning. Then came the waitress who accepted the order and said that we ordered exactly what she brought. In fact, saying that we are lying. When we told all this to the man who seemed to be owner, he advised us not to pay attention to this nonsense and to forget about it - the main thing, he said, is that we had food and this is what we came for. Very strange behavior and very rude and unprofessional staff, especially elderly woman. The waitress seems to understand Spanish bad - because of this she mixed 4 quesos with 4 estaciones. We left stressed to have dessert in some other place. Very unpleasant impression. ...

I am just a simple tourist and not a Five star-chef. Don’t get me wrong - I know the rules for a simple tourist. Here is my review as I remember. I walked into the restaurant after a long day at the beach. Very good weather outside but I don’t blame the owner of the place. So here it comes: the review of the restaurant.
