Excellent fish and seafood. We had the pleasure of being served by the restaurant owner who patiently and kindly explained what went into each dish. We ordered several dishes and all were excellent, especially the octopus carpaccio and flame-grilled wild sea bass. The dishes are prepared naturally, so you won't find the popular patatas bravas or fried chicken on the menu for children. This came as a surprise to us because, unfortunately, our children were not keen to try the delicacies served, so this is something to bear in mind if you go there with children who also fuss over food. The portions are not large, but they are well worth the price, although if I had to turn my nose up a bit, for me they are too delicately seasoned. Read moreAgua de Salada in Cabanyal is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The owner is incredibly passionate about his restaurant and takes great pride in showcasing the best of the local seafood and produce.
The scallops and the ceviche are two standout dishes that I highly recommend. The scallops were cooked table-side with a small blow torch which made for a bit of a show, while the ceviche is a refreshing and delicious combination of fresh seafood and zesty citrus flavors.
The restaurant's ambiance is welcoming and relaxed, with a modern coastal feel that perfectly complements the cuisine. The owner's attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the beautifully presented dishes to the attentive and friendly service.
Overall, Agua de Salada is a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone...

We ordered bass and it might have been the best fish we've eaten in Valencia. The fish was fresh, flavorful, juicy, and nearly perfectly grilled. (The fish skin could have been grilled a bit more for a little more crunch). It was accompanied with olive oil and sea salt which rounded it off quite well. On the side we also got served warm and crispy baked bread as we also ordered a valencian salad.
The service was amazing: very friendly and attentive. 👍
The dinner for two ended up costing us around 75€ including tip - so it's not a cheaper option for a dinner...
