Great service very polite guy keep it up. Will keep this place in mind always. Nice to see some places still value customers

It is with regret I changed my star rating from 5 star to a 1 star. The service and attitude of the 2 girls working on day of the marathon was abysmal. I asked for 2 pies and coffee with milk (caliente) . I was served a takeaway paper bag and just above cold coffee. Nothing worse than a waitress with a bad attitude and a 30 minute wait. Cafe Bombo was one of our daily coffee stops while we were in Spain, but they were by far our favorite place in Valencia. They were one of the few places that actually had both fresh pastries as well as delicious coffee! They also had more variety than just croissants, which was nice for a change.

Esta mañana entre en esta cafetería para pedir un café para llevar. El camarero estaba bajando un toldo así que espere que termine(hasta ai todo bien) cuando entró,(en este momento estaba un chico) le pedi que por favor me ponga café para llevar y veo que en vez de ponérmelo se pone a mira su movil y a continuación coge el mando de la tele y se pone encender la tele. Le dije que tengo prisa porque voy a trabajar y su respuesta es que el antes de las 8 no atiende y que faltan dos minutos para las 8. Asi que se salió de la barra y se fue con el mando delante de la tele. Me parece de vergüenza lo que ha hecho y lo que me ha dicho. Por dos minutos el no atiende al cliente, esto nunca he visto en ningún sitio.Le importa muy poco que me fui sin nada. Solamente diré una cosa , si alguien entra y te pide café igual es porque necesita en este momento tomar café por problemas de salud o porque simplemente le apetece y si al trabajador de este local le da igual, POR DOS MINUTOS EL NO LO PONE, quizás está personó no debería estar cara al público. Bares y cafeterías hay muchas, yo personalmente intentare no entrar nunca más en este local.Hai había varias personas desde que se cambi del dueño pero nunca una persona con tan poca educación y tan arrogante...
