Absolutely the best Paella de Marisco I have ever had. I’ve been traveling Spain & Portugal for the last 6 weeks and hands down/up - I loved it!!! The rice was cooked & seasoned to perfection, with the sides & bottom of rice crispy n the paella pan as it should be and the cornucopia of seafood was flavorful, plentiful and tender, melt in your mouth good!! I highly recommend this out of the way place, but it is definitely worth your while to get dinner here! (Quatre Carreres district?). Fabulous 😋💕. In addition to the food the owners (and Mrs is the chef) along with Madelena, who served me were kind and gracious and made me feel welcome & at home and all made sure that my dining experience was good. Not only is the food excellent, the prices are reasonable. Go there and get the paella!!! I’m definitely going back to try additional menu items during my stay in Valencia. ...
Read moreWe had an amazing dining experience, mainly driven by the great hospitality from the restaurant owner and their great food (especially the paellas in local style).

The restaurant owner is friendly, and his recommendation on getting a local liquor to finish the meal was just a cherry on top of the cake. We enjoyed the shot of Cazalla (a local herbal liqueur with a strong taste of anise) and Tequila Rosa before calling for the bill.
What a great dinner! We were grateful to have picked this restaurant for dinner among all other options in...

The Valenciana Paella tasted okay, but the meat was very lackluster. It seemed like they tossed in the remaining bones with little meat on it and called it a day. We felt a bit ripped off for the price to be honest. The Paella negra tasted fine if you like seafood and had a bit more ingredients but it wasn’t something we would order again If given the chance. The atmosphere was not that great as well, the whole place felt very cold and not very inviting. Overall a disappointing experience (especially for the price) and we would definitely recommend you try some other...
