Maestro Dōner Kebap — Restaurant in Valencia

My family and I frequent the restaurant. The food is amazing. The portions are more than generous. The personnel is really friendly. As a Bulgarian, I appreciate the fact that one of the servers, who is also Bulgarian, provides service to me in my native language.

The owner is there every time we go. Always friendly, he even helped us when my son once tipped over a glass of water. In addition to being friendly, he speaks several languages and knows some phrases in Bulgarian and Romanian even. We even conversed in German.

I recommend the restaurant to all lovers of oriental food. :)

On the constructive feedback side, one of the two lafies bathrooms needs to have the water...

Lamb Sis kebab one of the best dishes this maestro have, taste and quality excellent, meat from the lavagrill gives it the extra burned taste, beautiful, Turkish know how to do it, salad all julienne cut and the red cabbage gives it also a special treat, only thing missing is the typical turkish red onion sauce. When the older man (probably the owner) starts cutting the meat, you can see the experience he has. Not with the new cutting machines, but with the hand and big knife, than you get the big thick juicy pieces like 15 yrs before. Top guys, keep on...

So we wanted some filling, hearty good for value food that was quick and easy. This is a really nice simple straightforward eaterie. Freshly cooked mains and complementary lemon for our water/coke, which I really liked, as a lot more expensive restaurants don’t bother and I generally have to ask.
