Cienfuegos Brasa y Vino — Restaurant in Valencia

We decided to have dinner here, encouraged by the good reviews and the beautiful view we saw when passing by the restaurant. We ordered a starter, a salad, and two medium-rare steaks.

We received the starter first, and then the steaks – unfortunately, they were cooked more medium to well-done, if not completely well-done. We mentioned this, but there was no real reaction from the staff, just a check of what we had ordered.

Later, we were brought fries, which were described as “homemade” on the menu but were clearly just standard frozen fries. I also asked where my salad was, and the waiter ran to the kitchen. When he came back, he asked if I meant the tomato salad – I didn’t, and by that time it was too late anyway, so I declined.

While the food itself wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t what we ordered – and what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer care when things didn’t go right. It really took away from...

Amazing dinner, and great service. We easily made an online reservation and when we arrived at opening time our name was on our reserved table already. I ordered myself the entrecot de Black Angus and my husband got the Chuletón de vaca, both were amazing. The waiter even offered his recommendations about sharing the Chuletón, as it wasn't available in under 1kg. However since it was his birthday, and he likes his more rare than me, we opted to get both stakes planning to take home the leftovers. Both were fantastic. 2025 update: So happy to be back in town and enjoy the great food and hospitality from the lads at Cien Fuegos.. Great service from Pedro and excellent grilled beef courtesy of Miguel at the grill.. The Leon chuleta was outrageous! 2024: Update..we love this place more than ever.. great staff .. a wonderful chef running the grill and the relaxed and fun vibe..
