Amazing experience! We went to Bricks&Buns right after visiting the Science Museum - it’s literally 10 minutes walking from the City of Arts and Sciences, and we highly recommend it! Love the interior, everything is new and very well decorated. Love the concept of being super inclusive (they have a gluten free menu too for example). Love the interaction with the friendly and dedicated staff. Absolutely LOVE the food! We tried the polenta with cacio & Pepe sauce, the supplí, the hamburger and the pinza. Last but not least, the dessert: tiramisú, even better than many restaurants in Italy!! Everything was just delicious. If you are looking for amazing quality food as well as a very nice atmosphere, you can’t go wrong here. We will definitely come back!...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bricks and Buns in Valencia, and it was an outstanding experience. Their dedication to providing a full gluten-free menu truly impressed me. The monster burger with a gluten-free bun was exceptional, and the fries were crispy perfection. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. This restaurant's commitment to preventing cross-contamination sets it apart. Prices were reasonable, and the ambiance was inviting. I highly recommend Bricks and Buns to any celiac, anyone with gluten sensitivities or anyone who appreciates a great burger joint. Five stars...

Era San Valentín, llegamos a las 21h y estaban recogiendo lo que parecía haber sido un taller de pintura. Es verdad que había una mesa grande de 8-10 personas pero el restaurante no estaba ni de lejos lleno. Aparte había otra mesa de 4 personas y poco más. El servicio extremadamente lento, de los peores que he visto. Tardaron 40 minutos solamente en tomarnos nota de la BEBIDA, pedimos agua y cerveza sin gluten. Trajeron agua y cerveza CON gluten. Otros veinte minutos esperando a que nos tomarán nota de la cena, para entonces ya se habían acumulado otras tres mesas de parejas. Y contando con lo que tardaron en servirnos estuvimos casi hora y media solo para empezar a cenar. A mitad de cena pedimos otra botella de agua que nunca llegó pero bien que se cobraron. El intento de pizza o como lo llamen muy bueno no estaba, es verdad que a esas alturas con la calidad del servicio una ya no comía agusto... Postre ni pedimos, estábamos deseando pagar para irnos. Es de lejos EL PEOR SITIO en el que me han atendido. Las chicas que servían eran innecesariamente lentas y torpes, excusándose en que había mucha gente cuando fuimos los primeros en llegar (porque a la que llegamos los que habían ya estaban casi servidos) y en ningún momento el bar estuvo al 100% de su capacidad (no rozaba ni el 80%). Además, con las intolerancias no se puede permitir ser tan torpe. Porque fun fact: acabé pasando la noche en urgencias para que me diesen un protector de estómago.

Todas las parejas que decidieron cenar esa noche en este bar creo que podrán corroborar una experiencia similar, pues se les veía en la cara (aunque con suerte sin la visita a urgencias de regalo).
