I work in music and travel often to Valencia. I’ve tried pretty much every brunch spot in the city—alone, with musicians, between soundchecks or slow mornings—and Santa Linda is hands down the best brunch corner in town.

I’d been before, since it’s right below the hotel I usually stay at. Walked in again without knowing it had changed, and was completely caught off guard. The space, the energy, the attention to detail—it all felt alive in a new way.

The food is fresh, clean, and full of intention. Real ingredients, nothing heavy, just exactly what brunch should be. Every plate feels like it was made with care, not just assembled.

And the music. I’m picky. Very picky. Most places get it wrong. Santa Linda didn’t. The playlist was perfectly tuned—unexpected, tasteful, effortless. I even asked for it. That never happens.

Alindi, the owner, ties it all together. Genuine, intuitive, and somehow seamlessly switches between English and 3 more languages without missing a beat.

If you want a great brunch experience, there is nothing else to go to but this place. Santa Linda is an outdoor brunch place that serves fantastic food. No pretentiousness, no drama.

It is a community hub where my hubby and I have been coming for the past 5 weeks. You feel welcome here, the team is very attentive, making sure you have a seat as soon as a table frees up. Observing the operation as a customer shows how organized and focused the team is, under the smiles. Everyone does their job.

Good cappuccino & cortado, fresh OJ, tostada with aguacate with salmon. If you are hungry, order their specialty: A brioche tower comprosed of poached egg, smoked salmon strips avocado crème fraiche and a burrata on top sprinkled with herbs, on a bed of salad. All masterfully combined with fresh, simple ingredients in a happy outdoor ambience. Do not forget to try the lemon tart if they have it....
