..if the river (without water) which runs through this beautiful city were a bloodstream then the sun beaten iconic Plaza de la Reina would be the very heart. Obviously touristy and inevitably a little over priced but then it is after all the beating heart, and of course it sits in an absolute must see area. So, after climbing El Micalet get your Google on, pop back to the Plaza de La Virgen, then reverse through the Plaza Redonda on your way to El Mercado Central.

If can make it now then great, as you'll avoid the excessive crowds because of these crazy Covid times. You could buy picnic foods from the market, or takeaway food from the family run local bars to support those suffering in the hospitality industry...then find yourself a quiet spot if the terraces are...
