Worst service ever!!!!! Appalling. My mother left her Channel sunglasses on the table when we left, after having received the slowest service known to humanity. Not to mention, the most miserable and unfriendly service (not to mention, condescending). Within two minutes of leaving, my mother realised she had left her Channel sunglasses and so we returned. The male waiter (Mr Misery) stated that he cleared our table and there were no sunglasses left behind. Luckily for us, we took pictures in the coffee shop as a family out having fun which evidenced the sunglasses left on the table. When we asked to look at CCTV footage the staff stated that the cameras were fake (who has fake cameras in the most expensive coffee shop in Valencia? Ridiculous). We all (four of us) Strongly believe that a member of staff (Mr Misery) pocketed the sunglasses as they were extremely quick to dismiss the fact that no sunglasses were left behind stating that they had work to do and we were stopping them from doing such work. All of a sudden they were eager to work, amazing really since they failed to serve us within 15 minutes of us being seated. Cappuccino in Valencia is an absolute gem! During our 7-week stay in this vibrant city, we found ourselves returning to this wonderful spot every other day, whether for a full meal or just a refreshing drink to unwind. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and inviting, with stylish interior design that exudes comfort and relaxation. The relaxing music sets the perfect tone, and we especially adored the wingback armchairs placed just inside the French doors, they're the ideal spot to sink in and soak up the ambiance.

The food here is simply sublime - fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every time. We particularly loved the poke bowl and fish and chips, which were perfectly made and utterly delightful. And don't get me started on their delicious fresh healthy juices, they truly set us up for the day with a burst of vitality!

The service is top-notch, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. A special shoutout to Giuseppe and Rosa, whose outstanding warmth and efficiency made every visit feel special and personalised.

Overall, Cappuccino is an excellent spot to enjoy a great meal, sip on something refreshing, and simply relax. We highly recommend it to anyone...

It was not the first time I was coming here with my family, but, definitely will be the last. I didnt know it was an only foreign people place. Really shocked. I had been there for breakfast, a few times, so, last Sunday, at 17:20, I went there with my family. It was well indicated you can have lunch or dinner at any time…but not breakfast, because breakfast was done at 13 ( which I do understand). In the menu, you can read omelettes with or withou advocados are available, so, my wife asked, very politely, that, if even we knew it was not breakfast time if we could eat some toasts with advocado, and my kids some ice creams ( ice creams were available). The lady, a dark hair lady, answered us without even checking, it was not possible. When we told her why, she wishpered very ironically because it was not possible.
