I love burgers, I've tried multiple burgers and numerous alleged "best burgers" in Valencia. First of all I'm going to congratulate the chef, but depreciate the service, especially the waiters and the customer support, the service was hideous.

The burgers were especially good, great savour and ingredients but they have to watch the cooking points as they missed in two or three burgers.

After this statement, the service was extremely poor, when we informed of the cookings point being mistaken they told us we might have ordered wrong instead of cooking them up to the point we ordered. In addition, they got an order wrong an instead of amending their mistake they told me I might have ordered wrong, AGAIN, instead of acknowledging their errors they blamed us, as if we didn't know to order, perhaps read. After complaining they finally prepared the burger again, but it was wrong again! They had just added two pre-prepared bacon slices, no cheese and no fries. We confronted it the waitress again and she admitted the error, but again simply added the cheese, two sad cheese slices without even cooking them.

Lastly, when we were paying and we requested the waitress to count or money, to check how much they should give us back, she refused and lounged inside the restaurant, luckily we had receipts and when they came back with the erroneous return we told them they were wrong, but refused to pay back, with help of other customers we managed to get the correct return, but the waitresses and manager manners were appalling and dreadful.

It's actually a shame as the food was very good, coming from a burger-site enthusiast. The atrocious service tarnished the good food, I would have come back, but after that service i will never come back. I hope this was a one time thing and it will not...

If you're a fan of high-quality, flavorful food, this burger place is definitely a must-visit. Our meal started off with an appetizer of wings drenched in a spectacularly tasty sauce - a flawless blend that whetted our appetite for more. The standout star of our meal was undoubtedly the burger, packed with an array of top-notch ingredients perfectly fused together to create a symphony of flavors.

Dessert was not to be outdone. A homemade chocolate and ice cream treat, where the ingredients were as surprisingly well-blended as they were delicious. It was the perfect ending to our sumptuous feast.

Beyond the excellent food, what really set this place apart was the staff's wonderful service. Every team member made us feel welcome and catered to our needs with exceptional care and attention.

The atmosphere was another high point of our visit. The place was bustling with customers, yet it maintained an intimate, cosy vibe that made it perfect for a deep conversation or gathering. This balance is truly a rare find!

Food was good. Wife, son and I came for an evening snack. We ordered a couple of Sangria’s and they said they didn’t have sangria but said they will bring something similar and they were right. We couldn’t tell the difference. Also we ordered nachos and bbq Mac and cheese. Nachos were a large portion, enough for two adults. Mac and cheese was smaller. My only criticism was that their wet wipes packaging (not all but some) had a message alluding to the effect of using these after an orgasm. This is not something we planned on discussing with our young son before today. This was not just this restaurant but throughout our travels in Spain (lots of vulgar sexual messages in English in public places that we found to be inappropriate).
