Khambú Quart — Restaurant in Valencia

We have had a hard time finding good food in Valencia, which makes it extra sad that this restaurant can never succeed in making an order right, as the food is good. We have a small baby so we have to take the food home or order it to our home. If we order the food home, they ALWAYS come with the wrong food, and get to come back with what we actually ordered. The last few attempts I have picked up the food at the restaurant as we can correct the mistakes faster. Worked in its own way. But today I just had enough. We order the food online and paid. When I get there, they all stand as question marks and wonder if I want to order now. No, I have ordered almost half an hour ago and now want to pick up the food. They search in the computer for a while and say that I have to wait another half hour and the food will be ready. You can drive it home to us when it's finished, I say and go. That's almost how it turned out. We have to call back to the restaurant who says they can drive out the food but then we have to pay for it. Nice. Nos ha costado mucho encontrar buena comida en Valencia, lo que hace que sea más triste que este restaurante nunca pueda hacer bien un pedido, ya que la comida es buena. Tenemos un bebé pequeño así que tenemos que llevar la comida a casa o pedirla. a nuestra casa. Si pedimos la comida a casa, SIEMPRE vienen con la comida equivocada y regresan con lo que realmente pedimos. Los últimos intentos he recogido la comida en el restaurante ya que podemos corregir los errores más rápido. Trabajó a su manera. Pero hoy tuve suficiente. Pedimos la comida online y pagamos. Cuando llego allí, todos se quedan como signos de interrogación y se preguntan si quiero hacer un pedido ahora. No, he pedido hace casi media hora y ahora quiero recoger la comida. Buscan en la computadora un rato y dicen que tengo que esperar media hora más y la comida estará lista. Puedes llevarlo a casa cuando esté terminado, digo y me voy. Eso es casi como resultó. I walked past this after visiting Quart towers and eventually came back a few days later. Reviews on here sound good so I was looking forward to coming. However, it didn't meet my expectations at all. Burgers and fries came out very quickly and whilst they tasted ok it was nothing special. It just felt like a meal you'd get from one of the popular fast food burger chains. I know that's harsh but I've eaten at many vegan restaurants in many cities and this is just average food. The service was great and there are menus in English, so a plus here.

If you are searching for tasty vegan food then Khambu is definitely the place to be! First of all, the food is fresh, good quality and very delicious. Especially the sea rings are heavenly and made me return already 4 times. The fries are very crispy outside and soft inside, the onion rings are amazing too and the Burger Indiana and Mexicana are highly recommended. The deserts are just amazing! We tried a cheesecake and the cinnamon roll and it was worth every cent. Speaking about the price - considering that it's ALL VEGAN the prices are "cheap". The price-performance ratio is great. Also, I like a lot the fact that they use paper instead of plastic.
