KRAMER BAR — Restaurant in Valencia

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and we are so happy we did ! Upon arriving we noticed it was a bit busy and weren’t sure if we would be able to check in and get a room right away, but after a few minutes we were greeted right away and Estefania helped us out tremendously ! We got a room right away and did not need to wait for a certain time to get into the room . The hotel it self is beautiful, clean and sleek . The room is nice, bed is pretty big, and when we went for a walk we came back and noticed they cleaned our room, made our bed and gave us fresh towels . The hotel has a bar/ restaurant which after traveling we decided to grab a drink. Service is AMAZING !! JOAN & JENNI are SO friendly and work hard . Always with a smile and super helpful ! They speak English and Spanish which again very helpful ! The food is delicious, ambience is perfect too . It’s located in a great spot too . Next to the park, buses, metro . Our waiter, Luis was very nice. My lemon beer was delicious. Their cocktails were good. The mocktails are overpriced. Convenient location, because we were staying at the hotel. They offer a discount if you post a selfie with their drinks on your Instagram stories. They don’t offer late open hours. However, the next morning when I asked the staff to microwave a plate of my leftover pasta, the staff refused and were really rude about it. They said no outdoor food was allowed, but my group sitting at the table had spent over 20€. They can do me the small favor, especially because my group was eating there and paying them. This place is incredible! Seriously one of the best meals we have had our entire trip to spain. My husband and I stumbled across this place but accident and it was such a pleasant surprise. We had the burger which was so flavorful and a panini that was so fresh and warm it was out of this world. We were so happy with our meal that we decided to stay for a brownie dessert that didn't disappoint. To top off how happy we were, our waitress was so friendly and helpful.
