Sky Bar Novotel Valencia Lavant — Restaurant in Valencia

This was awful. Imagine asking 4 different waiter to bring glasses for the bottle of wine like 10 times. THE BOTTLE was already on the table, but we could drink it, because every waiter kept saying they will bring glasses, and when we asked like 5th time the same waiter she said “pffff there are lot of people here” , mm okey, is this my fault u are understaffed and can’t remember to bring glasses with the bottle if tho you passed me like 25 times already, running from one side to another. In the end I had to go and get glasses myself, from the bar - where no one even was there to help me, so I had to look for them by myself. This happened with every single food we ordered., we basically had to beg waitors to attend us, and NEVER after first ask, they would stop and listen only after 3/4 th time you asked them. Food is very mediocre, menu and food is on the level with Saona chane, like it’s okey to eat, sometimes it’s even taste, but definitely not what you would expect. Also!!! If you saw their ad on insta, don’t let them fool you, pool area is just for the people who stay in the hotel, so forget about enjoying pool party with a nice drink and dj. Overall, I was really happy that place like this opened in Valencia, but after visiting we understood it’s not what it looks like or being advertise, and totally not...

TERRIBLE!!! We have been there yesterday.. because It's "insta spot terrace" you have to wait outside next to elevators with so many people who didn't reserve the place.. we were waiting 15 min until they give us our seat... I ordered "skybar bravas" and it made me laugh 🤣🤣🤣 this for 14 eur, sorry... This bar is trying to look like high society because of the prices it put up, but the quality of the food and everything else I saw around me that people had was really poor... so the service gets a zero... but the prices are such that you’d expect the potatoes to come on a gold-plated plate this was the worst "bravas" what I ever had in Valencia for 2 years...( you can see it on the photo...) the view is nice, but not wow efect... It’s definitely not worth eating there... if you want to see the view, make a reservation and just order a beer—at least that...
