Medusa Shisha Lounge — Restaurant in Valencia

Very disappointed with the visit. The promotions on the site do not correspond to reality at all. Paid 28.5€ for hookah, waffles and milkshake. Although the website says that every Wednesday hookah costs 10€, and waffles with a milkshake cost 8€. As a result, we were charged 18.50€ for hookah instead of 10€ (there is no item with such a high price on the menu). And for waffles with a milkshake, they charged 10€ instead of 8€. Hookah for 18.5€ had very low amount of smoke, and noone came to it in 1.5 hours. And this place positions itself as specialized in hookahs. The mirror and aquarium are extremely dirty. The table is constantly shaking, and there were 2 hookahs on it. I asked one to be moved on the floor, and I had to move the second one by myself to the other table. The waiter was very unfriendly. After the payment i asked why hookah isn't 10€, he said that this promo isn't working today, but the website is saying that it works every Wednesday. The air conditioner does not work at all. All clothes smell of coal. I would never...

I had a really disappointing experience at this lounge. The service was very and unprofessional — it felt like the staff simply didn’t care about the customers. On top of that, the shisha was far from enjoyable; the flavor was weak, the smoke was harsh, and it seemed like the setup wasn’t handled properly at all.

I was hoping for a relaxing time, but unfortunately, it was frustrating instead. I suggest the owner seriously review the quality of both the service and the shisha preparation, because right now it’s far from acceptable.

El sitio tiene una decoración muy cuidada. El tema de bebidas es algo escaso, justo el día que fuimos la máquina de café estaba averiada, pero bueno son cosas que pueden pasar. Fuimos al local por que es de los mejores sitios para fumar cachimba de España, y sin dudarlo lo es, a mi personalmente le dije que me hiciera una mezcla cítrica con algo de menta que la verdad que clavo, fumamos con una oblako tradi, 3 carbones y kaloud, que dio un rendimiento y sabor brutales durante una hora y media. El baño olía mal, deben tener problemas de tuberías. Y algo que tienen que mejorar es la atención al cliente, que sea menos fría y algo un poquito más profesional. Las cachimbas que tenían sin duda eran los mejores modelos de cada marca, tenían varias Regal, steamulation, wookah, VZ, de todo. Un sitio muy top para ir a fumar una shisha y con un precio justo por como te sirven y el producto que ofrecen, además de tener unas medidas de seguridad muy buenas por culpa del covid, mesas y sillas distanciadas, mangueras desechables y se veía una buena limpieza de cachimbas e inmobiliario.
