Pub Liverpool — Restaurant in Valencia

I was there yesterday to watch the England v Denmark game. The drinks were moderately priced for Valencia and the pub had a great location in the city centre. However I was appalled to see Danish flags hanging inside of the pubs additionally to the workers wearing Danish shirts. This would be alright if it were any pub; but since they pride themselves on being an "English Pub" this is not something that should be happening. The second thing that was unfortunate was that they didn't serve any 'real' food; but they did provide free popcorn which I thought was great. Initially I wanted to give it three stars but since England won I'll give it four....

Stopped in for a quick drink the evening I arrived and found the place to be quiet with only a few locals. The staff was very friendly and made a very nice gin tonic for me. As I stayed and enjoyed the music 🎶 and karaoke, more and more locals arrived. The owner was also very nice and helpful to create a fun environment. Before I knew it the place was packed with good people enjoying themselves and singing 80’s and 90’s rock n roll! Thank you for such a fun...

We were staying one week in a flat across the road from this place. We joked and said we were going to avoid the English pub. Last night of our week we said, oh well, let's give it a shot for a guinness. Guinness was out, but we stayed over 2 hours and got chatting to others there. Full of spanish, only we were UK, so 👍. Friendly and happening. Darts, table football, karaoke, but all enjoyed in a happy spanish way. Loud inside but sound did not...
