Nice and cozy place to eat. They have a nice terrace. We had dinner here and ate the croqueta liquida, sepia and costillar iberico. The croqueta liquida was okay, but not very special 6.5/10. The sepia was prepared at a constant temperature using sous vide and was extremely delicious, the tentacles were fried. The sepia was 10/10. The costillar iberico was also very nice, it was served with potatoes. In my opinion it was a bit too salt, but still it was delicious. I would give it a 9/10. We had a fantastic meal and service was excellent. There is a great selection of dishes both on the daily menu (a steal!) or à la carte and the decor is very pleasant. Prepare to travel with your senses as you can choose from Japanese style beef to Indian tikka masala to Mexican tacos or American burgers… and of course back to Valencia with their delicious artichokes and patatas bravas (a must try!).
