TGB - The Good Burger - Plaza de España — Restaurant in Valencia

Food was OK for the standards in an overpriced city where food is expensive and very low quality except if you need to spend a fortune especially for vegan and vegetarians. However this is another place which the issue of hygiene. Tables were sticky and the place gives the idea of dirtiness. Of course since this wa not the only place in Valencia and it is not surprising, at all. Vegetarian option are limited at the place but it is a burger house. Plus they fell into the general big issue of not speaking or understanding English at the margins of at all. I don't understand this mentality of a very touristic country with high standards infrastructure and great architecture. I can't accept that the mentality is speak Spanish or sod off suits to a heavy touristic industry. But anyways...

This place was so hot, we felt better outside. I was going to give a 2-star review, but then I went to the restroom. The main door was so heavy that it slammed into the table near it. I had to turn on my flashlight in my phone to see. The first partition for men is a urinal with no privacy. The second door went to a toilet. No lock. No toilet paper. When leaving… there was no soap for washing my hands. Gross. 1-star now. Anti-sanitary place. So glad I only asked for bottles of water and a fountain drink....

Buenos días, quiero dejar esta reseña aunque casi nunca lo hago. Soy cliente de la hamburguesería y el trato siempre ha sido amable. Pero en el día de hoy, creía que me había dejado una cartera con documentación en el trabajo. Al llegar al trabajo no estaba y entonces pensé que podía habérmela dejado en el burger. Intenté llamar y no constaba el teléfono, no obstante pensé después de acabar el trabajo ir a preguntar si la había dejado allí.

Al ver la página en Google vi la queja de una señora por no dejarla ir al baño y la respuesta de la empresa, me llamó la atención.

Bueno, llegué sobre las 15 horas día de mercadillo y el aparcar y embotellamiento me dio ganas de ir al servicio.

Al fin llegué al Burger y pregunté a una empleada si por casualidad alguien se había encontrado un portafolio con documentación importante.

La empleada educadísima me hizo unas preguntas de rigor de cómo era, cuando me la dejé etc..

Cuando la ví entrar al interior se me abrió el mundo. !!!!La había recuperado!!!!.

Me la entregó y en esos momentos pensé en la reseña del baño….me pregunté siendo cliente me dejaran pasar al baño sin consumir…????

Educadamente pregunté a la empleada si podía ir al baño. La respuesta inmediata, con gran amabilidad y cercanía fue: Por supuesto caballero.

Por mi cabeza pensé: Pues tenía la razón el propietario de la hamburguesería.

Repito no suelo dejar reseñas, pero me parece de justicia realizar...
