Location: Small but fine ice-cream Shop in Valldemossa, right on Plaça Cartoixa. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Food: You can taste that the ice cream was homemade and without any additives. The raspberry ice cream, for example, was so intense in flavor, as if you were eating the raspberry itself. There are numerous vegan ice cream flavors and also gluten-free cones.

Service: Super warm-hearted staff with fun and joy in their work. I also noticed the passion and enjoyment in their work. Since I couldn’t decide immediately, I was advised proactively.

Conclusion: Super delicious ice cream, if not one of the best, as it is made without additives. I can definitely highly recommend it and will...

A catastrophic experience that left me extremely disappointed! I've never seen such an unpleasant shopkeeper. Have you ever bought ice cream without being allowed to taste it first? I have not. I've never seen anything like it in my life! Anyway, even if it seems silly to me, if that's the rule I understand it and respect it perfectly, which I did because I still bought without tasting, but then again, there's a way of talking to customers. I highly do not recommend this place! During a downpour the lady asked me to leave the premises because I was disturbing her by standing. According to the lady she cannot earn money because I allegedly blocked the entrance to the premises! Money is apparently more important than human kindness!
