Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vigo

This location has great potential based on its location and the fact that Taco Bell is life; however, drastic changes need to be made before I dare return.

Story-time: We arrived at prime dinner time in a mall at 20:15 on a Saturday night (so that’s our fault I guess), and there are ONLY TWO touch screens to order, or you could wait in the other long line to order in person. We waited 15 minutes to get to the screen to order. Then we waited from 20:30 to 21:15 in a very confused and chaotic line to actually receive our food. We had to eat quickly and haul a$$ to get to the train that left at 21:35.

But come on guys, 45 minutes waiting for 3 tacos and a Crunchwrap supreme. It’s pitiful.

Management needs to organize the team better so that everything flows seamlessly and efficiently.

Also a little comment to the workers about higiene: if you’re handling money and bags and picking up salsa packets that fall on the floor, PLEASE DO NOT THEN GO AND TOUCH MY TACOS TO HELP THE SLOW GUY WITH YOUR DIRTY HANDS. Wash your hands or wear gloves and change them. At this point I just ate the tacos because I was hangry from waiting 45 MINUTES to receive my SLOW fast food.

Please, do better...

This is the third time i've tried to pay the bill with my American Express and, though the polite waitresses tell me that i can certainly do it (pay with Amex), eventually it becomes an impossible mission. Andy and Vanessa were really helpful and nice but...to no avail. My credit card works everywhere else but here. There is something fishy about it. I guess someone is lying here. Can I or can't I pay with Amex at Taco Bell, (an American company, by the way) ?

Will somebody with power please assure me that AmEx cards do work at Taco Bell in Vigo? Or, at least, if they don't, please tell your customers the truth: AmEx IS NOT ACCEPTED AT TACO BELL.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! It's to die for!!!! All I'm asking for is a convincing answer if I can pay with an American Express credit card at Taco Bell Vigo and the owner says "Thank you."...

Definitely an improvement from the last time I came here, months ago. The customer service was fast and the workers were very kind. Since I'm a vegetarian, I decided to go for a Bean Burrito and it was delicious, as well as, full. The place was clean and there seemed to be a greater ambience between the coworkers considering my past experience with a girl who was bossy and disrespectful to both clients and workers alike. Delightful...
