I’ve been to this restaurant twice in the past two weeks — it’s incredible. The food is fantastic, but it’s the whole experience that really makes it special.
The chef, who is also the owner, personally comes out to greet you. As a little appetiser, he brings out a huge cut of steak and carves a thin slice in front of you, seasons it with salt, and lets you try it raw — it’s absolutely delicious. You then decide whether to go for the steak or something else from their à la carte menu. It’s amazing raw, but when he cooks it… hands down the best steak I’ve ever had.
The tuna tartare is also made fresh at the table and is honestly incredible. The fish in general is excellent, so there’s something for everyone. Service is top notch too.
There’s also a cocktail bar just above the restaurant, overlooking the marina — I’d definitely recommend going for a drink there before your meal.

The premium beef and beef confit were devine and the caramelised pineapple desert is a sure winner in my eyes.
