Belardi N°5 — Restaurant in Vitoria-Gasteiz

On a lovely sunday morning walking around centre of victoria(18th of February 2024), we saw this place with high reviews and went in at 10:05. On sunday, the place opens apparently at 10:00. We greeted with Buenos dias, but the lady didn't react. Thinking that she might not have heard us, we greeted again but she ignored us again and passed beside us to put the terrace furniture outside. At this point, already we decided to leave. But not before a third time looking sharp into her eyes seriously. And guess what, miracles do happen. With a a face of a prison guard, she showed signs of being a human and responded after all. Look, I fully get it that you might be grumpy and not in your best mood on Sunday morning. But, then even apart from the fact that you are in the HOSPITALITY sector, even as a normal person if anyone enters your store or house, it's super rude not to greet (back). El bar está muy bien. Pero se os toca una señora borde, que parece que no ha ido al baño hace cuatro días, hemos entrado yo y mi amigo a tomar un café, Cuando hemos pedido, la señora casi nos echa del bar con su forma de hablar , “para para para que todavía no hemos abierto” Con unos gestos desagradables.

Melissa y Abi son un rayo de luz hasta en los días lluviosos, siempre con una sonrisa, aconsejando a los clientes y atentas en todo momento. Gran variedad de cafés (el irlandés con el whisky bien quemado, como debe ser), tapas variadas y algunos cócteles hechos con mimo.
