Telepizza Vitoria, Comandante Izarduy - Comida a Domicilio — Restaurant in Vitoria-Gasteiz

It was hell of an experience dealing with rude staff who tried to defraud me of my change.I had been patronising this restaurant for a year now but after my experience on this occasion,I decided I was done with them. I had complained that my change was incorrect but the girl was rude and even raised her damn voice on me,a colleague of hers an older lady came on board and was equally rude making me look like I was making up my complaint, they even threatened to hand me over to the police obviously they were thinking I was an illegal immigrant who could be bullied. Finaly after a customer who witnessed everything intervened,the older lady agreed to double check what she called the "caja". She opened it and recounted the monies in the so called caja and pitifully shook her head and said I was right about my change being incorrect,she handed back the remaining change to me. This was after a heated argument and after I had been treated like trash 🗑and even threatened,this white guy who witnessed everything and intervened was my "Daniel come to judgement".I felt racially abused.I will definitely never...

PENOSO... los tres últimos pedidos a domicilio una pena... encima llamo a otra tienda (los herran) que está a la misma distancia, y me dicen que me toca esta otra tienda. Más de hora y media de espera. Pizzas frias, escasas de ingredientes y siempre falta alguno. Llamo a atención al cliente y me dicen que por sus güebbs tengo que pedirles a elllos. Señores, tengo la libertad de pedir a la tienda que yo quiera. También tengo la libertad de no volver a pedir a Telepizza, puesto que se empeñan en que coma de donde ellos quieren... pues nada, que os vaya bonito, que hay muuuchos más sitios para pedir comida...

Llevamos tiempo pidiendo aquí y siempre ha habido algún inconveniente, pero muy mínimo, pero hoy ya ha sido la gota que ha colmado el vaso. Hemos pedido a través de la aplicacion lo de siempre; menú individual (una pizza pequeña, bebida y entrante), menú para dos (una pizza mediana, dos bebidas y dos entrantes) y unas bolitas de pollo. En total ponía que eran 35'85, pero al darle a finalizar pedido derrepente ha aparecido que el total era de 40 A parte de eso, ha llegado aproximadamente 20 minutos más tarde de la hora elegida y han llegado las cajas mojadas, y la comida fría. Ya sabemos donde no...
