I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The chef has truly curated a remarkable menu that showcases both creativity and a deep understanding of ingredients. It was 6:00 PM, we were hungry and their kitchen was open. All the stars were in alignment so that we were able to enjoy a fabulous meal. We started with oxtail croquettes, which were the absolute best croquettes I have ever had. My chicken tagine with lemons and olives was superb - very tender and flavorful. We had a wonderful family dinner at La Parrilla Del Celler in Jávea, Spain. The restaurant is located in a charming little alley in the old town. We stopped by in the afternoon to make a reservation and were lucky to get the last table outside. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious meal – the entrecote is highly recommended!
