Me and my partner were surprised to find this Restaurant n Zaragoza. We arrived and it took at least 15 min to have someone to talk to us and provide a table seat. That was the ONLY downside that almost made my "hangry" partner leave the restaurant without eating. Waiting was SO worth it. Once we got the table everything was smooth: we got advised about the Menu, they have many vegetarian AND vegan options. My partner got dumplings ("the best dumplings ever" - he said) and i got a pasta + he had a thai dish. Everything was so delicious that we were tempted to try the desserts even though we were full. I had the red berries dessert and he had the lemon pie. Lemon pie was good but a bit too sweet for his taste (he never eats sugar so its normal) and I absolutely loved the berries dessert that besides delicious it was also very beautiful on the plate!. One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Zaragoza — we’ve been here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The interior is calm, minimalist, and very clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service is exceptional: friendly, attentive staff and a unique checkout process where you pay at the front desk as you leave.

We first fell in love with the Burrata salad and risotto — both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The Burrata is incredibly fresh, with a rich, flavorful sauce, and the risotto is creamy, well-balanced, and perfectly cooked.
