I have to keep reminding myself that comparing Spanish sandwiches and or hamburgers to that of my own country is futile.
Spanish hamburgers are not what I would consider good, they use an awkward combination of meat that tends to be almost rubbery in nature. Hamburgers are not juicy or flavorful. Most of the time, because the quality of the meat is so poor, they use various condiments to try and to increase the flavor of the sandwich. This is exactly what I found at Nevada.
The sandwiches are ordinary if not dry and lifeless. Even the homemade tomato sauce is nothing to write home about.
The prices seem fair given its location in the plaza. There are a few seats inside and a small terrace outside. The location is clean and there is a sense that the owners take pride in its appearance.
This is the second time we have eaten at this restaurant and we had held out until now to write a review to make sure that it was not a fluke the first time around.

Very good for a light meal, drink or coffee and...
