Fambis — Restaurant in Colombo

I have been ordering for the last 6 months. Probably placed around 5 - 6 orders now. In the start quality and taste was up to standard. But sadly, I recently placed an order for Crispy chicken burger which cost 1750 (very high price as it is) , but the ingredients inside did not match the price. Portion size was small, small chicken piece and the worst is was too salty. Three of us had a bite and all three of us could not eat. We just threw half of it away.

Choosing how to add salt and spices to your food, is just basics of cooking. If basics are not achievable, I’m not sure how you guys are running a restaurant.

I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fambis Food Court. The food quality was far below expectations — it lacked freshness, proper seasoning, and taste. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. Unfortunately, the portions were small, the presentation was poor, and the food didn’t seem freshly prepared.

Found this Amazing cafe right next to Havelocks city mall one late night after a movie when we were starving this was a life saver at that time , this cafe is usually open until 3 am on weekends .
