Thank you for your service and for providing us accommodation. I am an accountant in real estate and have considerable experience with Airbnb, so I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property.
I booked a family room for one night through a phone conversation. The receptionist even called me back to confirm the booking while I was on the way from Jaffna, and I clearly mentioned my arrival time (around 6–7 pm). I was assured over the phone around noon that the booking was confirmed.
However, when I arrived between 8:30–8:45 pm, I was informed only after completing the payment that the family room was no longer available. Instead, I was given a 2BHK apartment at the same rate. This was disappointing because the communication was very poor—if the room had been occupied, I should have been notified earlier and given the choice on how to proceed.
Key concerns:
Room condition: The apartment was in poor condition and not maintained properly.
Safety: The main door had no privacy lock, and one bedroom window was broken, which raised serious safety concerns.
Facilities: The oven and hotplate were not functional, making the kitchen unusable.
Safety is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, it did not receive due attention.
Overall experience: The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I booked this property after reading reviews, but my experience did not match my expectations. I am not discouraging others publicly, but I do want to give the management a direct note: please ensure proper communication, safety, and professionalism so that paying guests do not feel disappointed.

Read moreI had my wedding at this hall in early July 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. From as early as March, I was in constant coordination with the management to ensure everything would run smoothly, from hall arrangements and parking facilities to the quality of the wedding meal. We even visited the venue the day before the wedding to have a detailed discussion with the lady director, who gave us her word that everything would be handled perfectly.
But on the wedding day, everything fell apart. The main meal served was of such poor quality, it had a terrible smell and was honestly inedible. It was shocking and deeply embarrassing in front of our guests. The parking arrangements were another disaster. Despite prior discussions, there was zero support from their security team. Our guests were left to find their own parking, and many had to pay for public parking out of their own pockets.
None of the promises made were kept. It felt like all our planning and discussions were completely ignored. The director, who was very responsive when it came to collecting payments in advance, turned out to be completely irresponsible and unreachable when issues arose.
