Pizza Hut - Thimbirigasyaya — Restaurant in Colombo

From the moment you walk in through the doors of this pizza hut, you realize that there is quite a noticeable difference here from many of it's relative restaurants. The energy is vibrant and enticing, the staff members are quick and efficient and will always serve you with a smile on their faces. Upon finding a table to sit in for the night, you will notice that there is a small plaque with instructions on how to perform hand signs, which made sense when our waiter started using sign language as well. After a quick Google search on how to say 'thank you' which was well deserved by said waiter, we were able to enjoy a delicious meal as always. Although there isn't much seating available during busy hours, there's sufficient parking and a very happy atmosphere. Didn't know what I about to experience until I went to order! A perfect place created by Pizza Hut with specially abled staff. I was surprised by their amazing service. Lalani was the one who took the order and served us! She did an excellent job! This place is located in a calm and relax environment. You can enjoy your favourite pizzas and have a quality time there. But the staff is stealing the show with their special customer service. Hats off to the Pizza Hut to have a great inspirational idea to recruit such an amazing bunch of humans and they doing their best to serve us. It made me to learn how to say thank you in sign language within the time of our order served, and I said Thank you to Lalani, who served us. She accepted it with an overwhelming smile and kind gesture! It's a great experience! I highly recommend this place! Cannot forget the pizzas we ate and those were perfect and yummy as always...

Its not like any other pizza hut restaurant, Its a completely different experience with that pizza hut verdict to put young friendly and active but disability people to service inside the restaurant. For me that was a quite a new experience. Thumbs up for the pizza hut for doing that.

we honestly did stop here due to the news reports that we heard about their unique staff. Staff was very friendly supportive and informative! Pizza was great same as every Other pizza hut restaurant.
