Cello Bar — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

This place is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to with the worst ever service I’ve ever experienced. Their entrecote was not an entrecote, it was as thin as paper, also not medium as asked, and when I spoke to the owner and other staff, he couldn’t receive the criticism and kept saying ”Thats how we make entrecote.” I’ve never in my life seen an entrecote thin as paper and I’ve also never experienced someone belittling the customers experience by saying ”thats how we do it” while saying it wasn’t medium as asked. This is the first time someone ever replies like this within the service sector, not really caring about the customers experience. I will make sure my followers on social media know this with the pictures...

Cakes looked fantastic, lunch was good (great marinated chicken) and what was even more important: I came in with an old relative I hadn't seen in a long time. Staff was really accommodating and helped a lot - it was an absolute pleasure, and also for a person with very bad hearing it was a really good lunch experience, background music was very low and they even offered to turn it off to help with the hearing aid. Really appreciated and I'll absolutely come back next time I visit Gothenburg.

Also great to visit Sweden and be able to pay with card everywhere.
