A true gem in Gothenburg! Masala Events completely impressed me with its authentic Indian cuisine and warm atmosphere. The dishes are not only bursting with flavor but also beautifully presented – you can really tell that everything is prepared with love and care.

A special shout-out goes to Abhinav, who made our visit truly unforgettable. His friendly, attentive, yet relaxed service was absolutely perfect. He took the time to guide us through the menu, explained the ingredients, and even suggested great combinations – all with a smile and genuine passion for his work.

One of the best pubs of the city. There's a fresh selection of beers every week to satisfy everyone's tastes. There's also a great selection of spirits as well as soft drinks.

As for food, I only tried the burgers as of now but they were really well made and tasty. There's an adequate size of options including the burgers, so there's not a chance of not finding something to satisfy your appetite.

The staff is very helpful and always cheerful. Well dressed and well mannered. My girlfriend wanted to have a cocktail but didn't really knew what she wanted exactly, so they tried crafting something out of the menu for her. It was very nice of them.

The place itself is extremely clean and well decorated. Really cozy for a late evening beer in the city.

Recently rebranded from "Ostindiska Ölkompaniet" - you can still see the name in small print in some places.

The menu has a good variety of North Indian main courses, South Indian breakfast dishes, and chaats. Their masala dosas are excellent - they're served with a thick sambar, and coconut and tomato chutneys, and all of it was correctly spiced for both Indian and European palates. The masala chai is very fancy and comes in a teapot with two servings for a regular chai glass.

Their pani puris are a bit too mild, and they promised to look into that when I mentioned it.
