Caffè Ritazza — Restaurant in Sigtuna kommun

I was here to take a coffee when i was in Arlanda. The staff has 0 sense of customer service. The person had an attitude when o asked for a glass, they gave me a paper cup and said this is what i get. When i asked if they had a shortage of cups they proceeded to say that they don’t have time to wash cups. I then asked if they washed them by hand? I then took the cup and sat down near the service point and could see and hear them speaking negatively which is super unprofessional. It also didn’t help that the coffee was of poor quality. Employee have no sense of service. Askingfor price of beer. He point at a board of coffee prices but with no beer prices. I told him i cant see cause theres only coffee prices. Just then he told that they don't have it. Entire place is cover with beer cooler and beer taps though... If it's too early to serve beer. Write which time you serve.

I was eating at Arlanda terminal 4. I ordered a sandwich and lasagne for my daughter.
