Eatery Garden — Restaurant in Sigtuna kommun

Awful QR code / website self ordering system which did not give me any confirmation of my order despite the transaction showing as validated by my bank app. I queried this at the bar, they had no record of my order so i ordered the same thing again and paid at the bar (currently unsure if I have paid twice). Both identical orders had a different total and upon inspection my receipt was incorrect (in the restaurant's favour, of course). I queried it and was told I would get extra cheese on my burger instead of the dip sauce that I didn't order. Food was fine, if a little cold and garlic bread was disappointingly small compared to the picture in the menu. I had to go and hunt for some cutlery as all the cutlery stations were empty except the one next to the kitchen. No atmosphere at all and music wasn't the best. Also, dogs are apparently allowed in the restaurant. Some other customers had theirs walking around further down the couch on which I was sat. I love dogs but in a restaurant, on the seats is not...

The food was okay, but this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The QR code menus don't work so there is one iPad with a menu at the bar for all the customers to use. A review here said it was the same case 7 months ago. They don't serve iced coffees and the ladies working there just looked like they hated their lives and were rude to us and other customers. It's a shame because it's such a huge lovely space but the service is truly terrible. Do yourself a favour and keep walking to the other restaurants...

Disappointing experience at this new restaurant in Arlanda. Although the space is expansive, the food didn't live up to expectations. I ordered a scrambled egg on brioche but received a subpar dish resembling a hamburger bread with eggs and unappealing avocado. Priced at 200kr, the meal felt overpriced. The lack of table essentials, such as salt, pepper, sugar, napkins, and even water, required constant trips to the counter.
