Worst customer service in Sweden.

Waiter only brought out one drink when we had ordered 3. And when asked where the other beverages were, she simply stated that she forgot about them.

Only gave us two straws (again, this is after we had to request for them) when clearly we had ordered THREE cokes.

She also forgot the drinks for the table next to us. Yes, I eavesdropped.

When the pizzas were served first and we asked if the appetisers would be out soon, the waiter just retorted with a flippant, “I have no idea,”.

Pizza crust was both burnt and soggy. How they managed that I don’t know.

Pasta was overcooked and tasted like nothing. Bruschetta was completely SOAKED in olive oil rendering it inedible.

A mind-bogglingly horrific experience for already stressed travellers.

This was the most disgusting seafood pasta I ever had, the sauce was straight out of a can, I told the chef this and his answer was "yes it's from a can but it's not straight out of it, of course we warm it up first" 😂😂 The canned sauce also had nothing to do with the seafood flavour, it just was full of oregano. The shrimp were cold, barely defrosted and just placed on top. It was also really expensive. The server said "this is how they always do it" as if it made it any better. I'm Italian, so I know what a pasta should be like, but I'm not too picky. But this was really disgusting. I should have gone to mc Donald's instead. I had a pizza here another time and it was ok because they have a wooden oven. But the pasta is bad and the service is even worse. Stay away...

Terrible place with a very disappointing service Would never recommend this place This is located at the airport so one might not have the other option but this Go to 7’eleven or McDonald’s but here I waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to come have a look at me Finally when someone arrived, they took 40 minutes to serve me one cup of tea Later they forgot to serve my food After waiting for more than one hour, I went to them and told them about my meal. Their reaction was, “oh! It was for you… we were looking for you. We didn’t know who ordered this food”. How is it possible, it had my tablet number on it Tea and the food was ordered together. They served the tea but the food got lost 🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff is so unpleasant to talk to. They are least bothered about...
