Awful QR code / website self ordering system which did not give me any confirmation of my order despite the transaction showing as validated by my bank app. I queried this at the bar, they had no record of my order so i ordered the same thing again and paid at the bar (currently unsure if I have paid twice). Both identical orders had a different total and upon inspection my receipt was incorrect (in the restaurant's favour, of course). I queried it and was told I would get extra cheese on my burger instead of the dip sauce that I didn't order. Food was fine, if a little cold. I had to go and hunt for some cutlery as all the cutlery stations were empty except the one next to the kitchen. No atmosphere at all and music wasn't the best. Read moreI only get food here because I get it included as a part of my lounge access credit card, therefore I’ve tried several of their dishes. The food is terrible though. It’s bland, fatty, cheap food that is sold at a proportionally terribly high airport prices. I would never pay to get food here.
