Stood at the bar waiting to get served for 10min, noone bothered to serve me. Saw a sign that said to scan the QR code and order online. Ordered a glass of Prosecco. After 12 min I had to go and find a member of staff to ask for it. (You get a sms receipt, that's how I know how long i was waiting). There were no other customers so there is absolutely no reason why I couldn't get served for 20+ minutes. Will take a walk to get...

Ordered signature craft burger. Was supposed to have beer fried onions. There was no onions to be found anywhere on the plate. Fairly tasty but the lack of onions left it kinda bland. Would've added the extra kick. Pricey for this kind of...
