Maybe one of the worst lounges. If you have limited visits or want to pay for visit, don’t do it. Not first time, I’m frequent flyer, but this time I decided to write. Officially it says that working till 20:30. I came 18:35 They told that closing 19:00. Ok, my visits are unlimited, let it be. I took some white vine, but they were not serving any food, that usually you can find at day time. Also in place of welcoming, they were recommending not to come, because they don’t serve food and in 5 minutes will start taking everything what is left - some bread, butter, one kind salat (two others were empty). I have spent there 25 stressful minutes, because all time staff was walking and talking about closing soon, cleaning, taking out everything. Why? Read more2023, Oct.4th, 15h30. The T5 lounge is crowded and had stopped receiving guests. A sign near the counter tells to go to T4 Pearl lounge in cases T5 lounge is crowded. There arrived after a 25min walk I found it closed for renovation. After arriving back (50min later) the lounge received guests again and I complained and told the lady at the counter to remove the sign, which was placed about 1m from her. She refused and said it is not her job. So I turned it to the wall and as a result she did not allow me access to the lounge (I have Diners Gold Card) and insulted me. I asked for her name, or her ID number, or her supervisors ID to be able to send a complaint, but she refused to give. Menzes website (they are running these lounges) does not offer a contact to give feedbacks so I am posting here.

Read moreA receptionist seemed to be rather disgusted when she saw that somebody came in. When we said that we have lounge access from REVOLUT, she informed us that they’re not accepting Revolut cards not even trying to solve this “problem”. When we finally got a chance to show her the code she was not pleasant. Offhandedly, she only said "thank you" at the very end when she have us back our passports and boarding passes. The lounge was dirty and there were not many clean tables to sit at (see attached photos) which didn’t change for a long time. The food was meagre and not very tasty, and the coffee (from the coffee machine) was cold (how is it even possible!?!?!?! 🤣). One customer had to pick up a dirty plate left by someone else to have a chance to sit at the table.... NOT AT THIS PRICE. It’s better to go to any restaurant in Arlanda than to pay so much for poor...
