Pastries and drinks are always great, but I’m giving it 3 stars because bathroom safety is very poor. After buying my pastries I saw a woman go into the bathroom, so I had assumed it was open to go in. After she was done the bathroom was open and unlocked so I just walked in to do my business. While I was in there, I had a man use a key to unlock the door. I had to exclaim that I was in there, then, it happened again!! Another man walked up not even 15 seconds after the first and used a key to unlock the door to try and get in, I had to pull the door closed and yell that I was in there. I’m not sure if there is supposed to be a key for customers to use to get in but the fact that it’s just handed out instead of taken care of by the staff is very concerning. I don’t mean to accuse any of them but as a young woman it’s very creepy to have two men unlock the door with a key they’re passing to each other to open the door while I’m sitting inside. There needs to be stricter and more noticeable rules on using the bathroom because I did not know at all that this was the case. I understand most businesses keep the door locked for paying customers only but there was no sign to mention this, and everyone else was just walking in....
