January 2021: A small Vietnamese restaurant that you can find at Söderhallarna. It's a bit tricky to find it so don't be afraid to ask strangers for the way.
The food tasted very well and had the right amount of spices (not too much salt so to say). The staff is very friendly and happy to check in on you whether you're satisfied with the food and if they can be of any other help.
I'll give it 4 of 5 though, the reason is that the menu is in general very limited to vegetarians and pescetarians. Also, I looked forward to trying Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) since it's a traditional Vietnamese dish that I prefer to try at first once I visit a Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, Pho is only served with meat. There is a huge vegetarian/vegan/pescetarian community in Stockholm so hopefully, the restaurant can consider serving Pho for...

No lime, bean sprout, chilli pepper and Thai basil. Pho is undercooked. Broth is tasteless. Beef is extremely dry. The worst pho I’ve ever had. Ironically, this is also the most expensive pho I’ve ever had, 170kr, and it’s also the highest rated Vietnamese restaurant on google map I’ve been to. Not sure how they manage to get it.
In the Baguette, seasoning, chicken and veggies are not mixed well.
Service is also pretty bad. With only 40% of seats taken, we waited for 30 mins. The staff said it only took 10 mins when we ordered food, but when we clarified after waiting for 30 mins she didn’t even...

From the moment of order until the food was ready, it took approximately 15 minutes for the food to be ready. For me it was kinda slow considering only 4 tables were waiting for food.
The broth of phở bò kho was a mixture of pho broth and the rich bo kho broth so this is something in between. The beef had a classic texture of bo kho. It had some ginger in the broth, contributing to the long-lasting but subtle heat. The chicken in bún gà trộn had some caramelized edges while the inside was moist. The chicken has been marinated properly because I could taste the lemongrass...
