Pazzi Vasastan — Restaurant in Stockholm

We arrived pretty late (9.30 PM) because we weren't able to find the other place we originally wanted to go to. First it was too full to fit the two us in. But while we were reading the Menu the waiter knocked on the window and we got a table inside. It was totally packed and super busy but he was still doing a fantastic job. Very friendly and perfect service. The Pizza 🍕 was so yummy. Had the Scampi one and the Ortolana (hope that one is spelled right. Can't complain at all! Even the Chardonnay was very tasty. Only point we both were a little disappointed and irritated of was the end of our dinner experience. At 9.52 PM all lights were turned on and people has been forced to leave asap. We had to chuck down the wine and couldn't even finish the Pizza. Never ever experienced something like that in any other country in Europe and around the world. Sure the opening hours said it's open until 10 PM. But it was Saturday night and the place was packed. How can you kick out customers like that? Still it was a fantastic place to have dinner. After dinner, on our way back to the hotel, we noticed crème brûlée on the menu outside and decided to stop for dessert and cocktails. However, when we ordered it, they informed us that the menu had just changed, and it was no longer available. We then decided to try tiramisu, which was unfortunately quite average.

As for the espresso martini we ordered, it arrived completely white—it was made with Baileys instead of Kahlúa. While it wasn’t undrinkable, it certainly didn’t taste like a proper espresso martini. It would have been preferable if the staff had informed us beforehand, saying something like, "We’re out of Kahlúa, but we can prepare it with Baileys instead. Would that be okay with you?"

We can’t comment on their pizza, but when it comes to dessert and cocktails, it didn’t quite earn full...

Friendly and quick staff. Food was amazing and available for a reasonable price when compared to other places in Stockholm. The pizza dough was authentic neapolitan style and perfectly prepared. Toppings were plenty. They also have a great (and tasty!) variety of vegan pizza, with either vegetables or meat substitutes.
